At that time, although the Spring Festival is coming near and we will take holidays, our company held an urgent mobilization meeting of the production, we think what the user thinks and worry about what the user worries about. We arranged the production well and worked overtime day and night, and on 18 January (28 of the twelfth month of the lunar year), we delivered the products to the Capital Airport and transported them to the job site in Zhanjiang by air. 　　 In the two projects of “ Shanxi-Beijing pipeline ” , “ Dagang underground gas storage ” undertaken by PetroChina, BHGC, our company provided 24 ＂ 600LB and all kinds of flanges , clamping yokes and seal components with different standards and different pressure ranks. Especially, in the Yulin gas compression station of Shanxi province and in the Ying Xian gas compression station of Shanxi province, they introduced a complete of flanges, clamping yokes and seal components of the valve and because their product quality was not up to the grade, they caused substantive economic loss and should be replaced at once. After our company received the order, we provided quality products and perfect after-sale service for them speedily and replaced the flanges, clamping yokes and seal components with the matching introduced valve, and the divulgence of their field use is “ 0 ”， which provided reliable guaranty for supplying gas to Beijing on time. At this time, the department of project of that company consulted with our company and decided that both sides should assign engineering technicians to survey and plot on the job site. Then there were 6 non-standard welding big flanges that the nominal pressure is PN2.5Mpa and the nominal channel diameter is DN2200, the overall high is 0.3 meters, the material quality is16Mn, and the finished weight is 1500kg. They should be formed in ensemble and should not be welded according to the requirements. It is very difficult from the raw material purchase to forging, so our company summon our engineering technicians to design and study in the same night and they worked out a complete set of forging technology and machinery processing technology, and at last our company succeeded in forging and processing finished products in the shortest time. Our company delivered the products to the site of Project Department of HBPC in time so that the project could be finished one month ahead of schedule, and our company could become a single purchase unit.
